Daisy lost 1 kilo per week consistently and 12 weeks later she reached her goal

Up until 18 months ago I had been the same weight for 10 years. I am a group fitness instructor who is very active and eats well.

But I went through menopause early and as a result gained 10 kilos!

I tried upping my exercise which was hard as I exercise 5 days out of 7 and I cut back on treats, but the weight refused to budge. My daughter successfully lost 20 kilos in just 5 months with the My Lifestyle Guide, so I decided to try it for myself.
